| Solar power system composition is similar to solar lights, including solar panels ( including bracket ), control cabinet ( including controller, inverter and batteries ).
Solar power systems work principle: the solar panels receive the sun radiation, turn it to electric energy and store it in batteries through charge & discharge controller. If the system output voltage is required as AC, so inverter is needed to exchange DC to AC, then supply electricity to loads.
Solar power systems design needs to know following information:
1> the installation city of system, for example: Shanghai, China. Because we have to check the average sunshine illumination time. Or, it's better if you can tell us the data.
2> load type, power, quantity, work hours of your all home appliances in one day. For example: TV, 100W, 2 sets, 6 hours per day.

When the lighting lowered to 10lux in dusk and the open circuit voltage of the panels is about 4.5V, the battery discharge when charge & discharge controller detected the change. After 8.5 hours of discharge, the charge & discharge controller act to end discharging. The main role of charge & discharge controller is protecting the battery. |
